I really enjoyed talking with Teresa!!
Teresa is very supportive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and clear-headed.
Teresa is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She listens, offers great advice, and makes me feel comfortable and supported.
My teen daughter loves her and is making progress
Teresa is the most competent therapist I have seen. She incorporates all aspects of life into her strategy
I have appreciated the Christian view path that Teresa is able to give me in the sessions I have had with her. Using biblical context to connect with the different emotions and stressors in my life has allowed for me to connect my mental health and my faith even more and have led to healthier habits.
Teresa is fantastic. She is knowledgeable with a familiar style so it feels like you’re talking to a wise friend. In just 3 sessions our marriage has improved greatly.
There is a problem with scheduling. Her availability currently is once a month. We signed up for once a week sessions.
I’ve only had a few sessions but so far I’m happy to be back in a therapy type environment/schedule!
Teresa is someone who has been around the block and understands life and it's challenges. She listens well and gives me helpful ways to overcome my situation.
Teresa is great and always meet me where I am at! She gives me the tools I need to get through tough situations. My soul always feels refreshed.
Thank you for your sincere care. I look forward to working with you.
In the first session I had with Teresa, she really listened and left me feeling good. She provided me tools to help strength my relationships.
No BS, super helpful!
Teresa is a very down-to-earth therapist. She helps me understand what I’m going through and pushes me to make efforts to accomplish my goals. She isn’t afraid to be honest with me and points out when I’m in the wrong. 10/10 would recommend.
Genuinely I gave it a chance from a podcast, and now here I am better fit with a therapist after 2 years of therapy. I’ve never felt more heard after the first session or more comfortable. I’m excited for the next session. I knew I needed help again but I didn’t want to look and I genuinely feel paired with someone who won’t judge me and also has very valid reasons and really opened up my thinking, especially emotionally.
I really like and appreciate my therapist Teresa Riley. She is a good listener and makes me feel human. She understands the contemporary issues of our world today. She is humble, sweet and easy to talk to. She is religious and has a background knowledge of some people from my side of the African continent . I feel I am matched with the right therapist.
I am really enjoying this process. Teresa has given me some great tools to help with the things I've been through. She's down to earth and fun to have a session with. She listens, she shares, and you can tell that her heart is in her work.
Teresa is amazing. Her skills, education, and abilities are a near-perfect match for my needs. She is personable, and seems caring and compassionate. 11/10 Would definitely recommend.
Things are off to a great start, really enjoy her perspective and thoughtful suggestions.
Teresa is wonderful. She provides practical tips for you to implement right away, she has a large amount of experience to share and she is a great listener.
Amazing she’s really nice
I’m very happy with the support and counseling I get from Teresa Riley. She has given me helpful tools and advice to use in my daily life. Im so thankful for the ease and convenience of being able to have live sessions via zoom.
Teresa and I have only had one session so far, but it was long overdue. They were attentive, made it easy to talk openly with them, and gave me solid suggestions on how to move forward. I didn’t feel judged or like I was just another patient, I felt listened to. I’d recommend Teresa if you feel like you could use therapy, but you’re nervous or intimidated, I was, and look at me now… writing a review and booking my second session.
