Hello! I am Dr. Stephanie Bobbitt, and I am licensed in Michigan with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, in both educational and mental health focused settings. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I appreciate your vulnerability. In many instances, I use guided meditations and visualization throughout my practice to help you explore yourself and your experiences. I look forward to getting to know you!
