Shannon has not only listened to me and my concerns, but also came up with a plan that I can implement to help better myself, my thought process and my actions. She has given me more time and acknowledgment than I have received from another therapist, which means a lot. Shannon has helped me through tough situations and has helped me want to be a better person overall.

Shannon, is the kind of therapist I have been hoping to connect with for help. She really gives me space to process my stuff, and gives really constructive feed back. She has started to help me access tools, to find the courage in myself to really take my life back.

Work with me!
