About me
Teens need a special kind of care in therapy. So do their parents! Being a teen, and parenting a teen are not easy ventures. I have over 22 years of experience in child and family therapy. I have developed several school programs to help youth, plus, I've lived with a few of my own! I love what I do. I use creative therapy, art and even play therapy via telehealth. It's so exciting to me to be able to help more families and their children with easier access to therapy. I believe therapy should be engaging and fun, creative and productive, supportive and goal oriented.
I offer after school, evening and Saturday appointments.
I am licensed in both Maine and Florida. I hope we can talk more about what I can offer. Best wishes, Sarah
