Real Talk, Real Support – Therapy for Teens
Being a teenager today is tough—pressure from school, friends, family, social media, and just trying to figure out who you are can feel overwhelming. If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, frustrated, or just plain lost, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m Regina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping teens navigate life’s challenges. My approach? Honest, direct, and real. I’m not here to judge, sugarcoat, or give you generic advice—I’m here to listen, help you understand your emotions, and give you actual tools to make life easier.

How I Can Help You:
✔ Anxiety & Stress – Overthinking? Panicking? Feeling like your brain won’t shut off? Let’s get it under control.
✔ Depression & Low Motivation – If everything feels too heavy, we’ll work on breaking it down so it doesn’t feel impossible.
✔ Self-Esteem & Confidence – Struggling with self-worth? Let’s challenge those negative thoughts and build you up.
✔ School Pressure & Academic Stress – From exams to college decisions, I’ll help you manage the pressure without burning out.
✔ Friendship & Relationship Drama – Whether it’s toxic friendships, breakups, or feeling left out, we’ll figure out how to handle it.
✔ Family Issues – Arguments, miscommunication, feeling misunderstood—let’s find ways to make home life a little easier.
✔ Social Media & Self-Image – The internet makes everything feel 10x worse sometimes. Let’s talk about setting healthy boundaries.
✔ Trauma & Past Experiences – If something painful happened, I’m here to help you process it and move forward at your own pace.

What Working With Me Is Like:
No Judgment, No Lectures. I get that therapy should feel like a conversation, not a punishment.
Practical Advice, Not Just “Talk About Your Feelings.” You’ll walk away with actual tools to manage emotions and situations.
Your Space, Your Voice. I respect that your experiences and opinions matter. This is about helping you, not what anyone else wants for you.
A Safe, Private Place to Be Yourself. No pressure, no expectations—just support.
Therapy That Fits You:
Whether you like deep conversations, creative outlets, or straight-up problem-solving, I adapt therapy to fit what works for you. My techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—all designed to help you handle emotions, make healthier choices, and feel more in control of your life.

Regina has a way of engaging that makes you feel like a normal human before she gives you the tools to be a normal human. There is no perpetuation of stigma in the space she holds for you- you are in control and never villainized. She truly believes in her clients and doesn’t just listen- she hears. She is realistic and sets the pace that you need. I am so appreciative of her and her approach. I am grateful I got matched with Regina.
