Making the first step to speak with a therapist was not easy for me, but it was the best decision I could have made for myself. Marikay is respectful, thoughtful and helped me get a clear head and sort out my emotions. I highly recommend her. She gave me pointed advice to practice as I move forward through my difficult time, I use it daily.
