Lisa has been a nice support to me as a parent

I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone. In fact, I'd tell you she's the best part of the arsenal I have in my coping and growth toolkit. She's not only extremely knowledgable but I walk away with actionable tips on how to cope and approach situations I face every single session. It's my first therapy experience and I'm so grateful I bet on myself and have such a kind, talented therapist to help me navigate through this experience we call life. I am certain that without her guidance, grace, knowledge and support I would absolutely not be where I am today in my journey. 100/10 would recommend without question.

I feel like she is so honest, and it's easy to talk to her, and I really appreciate all of the ways she has helped me progress and continues to help me progress.
