About me
Hello!
I am grateful that you are here. The first step to developing a plan of emotional wellness, is making a conscious decision to get started! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have been a Licensed Independent Social Worker for the past 16 years.
My clinical experience includes diagnosing, treating, and assisting individuals and families address psychosocial, emotional, behavioral and/or social challenges that affect their quality of life. You face a lot of challenges as a teenager, but you don't have to do it alone!
My approach to the therapy begins with establishing a therapeutic relationship. I am here to listen, support, and engage in emotional skill-building in partnership with you. My practice is client-centered and solution-focused. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based strategies to guide the therapeutic process.
I look forward to working with you and being a partner in your self-care and emotional wellness.
