Carla and I were matched right away when I needed help for an urgent, non-standard, and time-sensitive situation. Wow! She read my notes (sent ahead of time, for the reasons above). Then, she came with help, tools, deep listening, experience and care. Her warmth radiates and although I am reticent to yield trust, Carla earned it right away. I took notes, followed her advice , and got the best outcome of a fraught scenario . She is a genius and her high EQ, IQ and empathy showed up in the first session. I highly recommend her.
