About me
I am licensed in North Carolina with 4 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety and depression,ADHD, post traumatic stress, coping with grief and loss, & attachment issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have worked with children and adolescents since 2015 when I began my social work career, and I am rostered through the NCCTP for TFCBT to help children ages 3-18 with processing trauma and alleviating trauma symptoms. I understand that every individual has their own needs when it comes to their mental health and managing symptoms, I try to tailor my therapeutic approach to the specific needs of each of my clients. I want to acknowledge that taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started.
