I have only met her once at the beginning of my son's therapy, but he has gotten so much better since spaking with her on a daily basis. I also love how she connected to him through a mutual love of video games which helped him relax and open up during our session. She is a life saver!

We have gotten 3-4 sessions yet, and so far I am feeling slight slight slight progress. I still feel horrible inside sometimes. We are getting down to my real dark side and I can tell it is starting to work. Its an extremely uncomfortable procedure but that is what winning demands. It requires you to visit your nightmares and face them.

Jill is an exceptional therapist. I have got more out of the last 2-3 months of Jill's help than years of well meaning therapy from elsewhere. She is so knowledgeable in the specific areas I was looking for. We are listened to and helped in the way that has been asked for. I can tell that she cares and she puts so much effort into helping us. This is what I wanted therapy to be. To be able to text at the time something is happening and recieve help more than just in the weekly session is a gamechanger. I can't say enough good things about our experience. My daughter was bullied and teased horribly in middle school. She was very shy and quiet but not odd. Once things progressed past normal mean girl teasing we pulled her out of school and home schooled her. It broke my heart as she’d call crying from the bathroom everyday. Homeschool is great but it can be isolating and didn’t really solve the real issue. She needed to be able to cope with the tough and sad things on her on and needed the tools to do so but she had to want to. The day finally came where my daughter expressed to us that she was very depressed and extremely sad. She told use that she wanted to talk to someone and learn ways to handle her anxiety and sadness. After working with Gwynn for over a year she is a completely different kid. She went back to public school on her own accord and is making great grades ! She is in theater classes a making lifelong friends she has over the house. She’s no longer just in her room with her headphones. She’s smiling and progressing as a healthy teen charging full steam ahead. It has truly been the best decision I’ve ever made and a blessing to watch my daughter come out of her shell and blossom. She truly put in the time and work but I’m so glad we found Gwynn ware she truly gave my daughter her smile back! She’s the best!

Mary Ashley Langston has created a strong connection to my daughter during a time when I felt pretty helpless in the situation and I had said and tried everything I could to help. Her counsel has been invaluable to my daughter’s wellbeing, mental health and overall self-confidence. We were in such a dark place when we found our therapist and have since ascended to a bright and promising outlook because of her. The ability to virtually “check-in” and meet when needed, fits our busy lifestyle. Would highly recommend Mary Ashley Langston for any teen depression or struggles. Such a Godsend!
